Wow! What an amazing afternoon we had at the Milford Festival last Saturday. I think I speak for everyone when I say how much we enjoyed ourselves. The crowd was immense and so supportive which was fantastic. I would like to say a big thank you to the festival organisers for giving us the chance to perform.
The choir are currently having a two week break before getting back to work preparing for an appearance at the Milford Carnival on Saturday 28th August on the stage at 3pm and for our numbers in a very special concert to be held in the new Milford Community Centre on Saturday 23rd October. The concert is entitled 'Seasons of Love' and will feature a variety of Musical show stoppers all in aid of Oakhaven Hospice. We do hope you will come along and show your continued support which is always much appreciated.
I would like to thank the choir as always for their enthusiasm, commitment and great community spirit. It is a pleasure to be at the helm of such a fantastic group of people and I very much look forward to my Thursday evenings and to our upcoming performances.
